Global Funds Registration Specialist (1-3 Years Experience)

Hybrid – three days on site, Dublin 2Full health insurance, pension matched to 5%Permanent roleKey Responsibilities Maintain client registration records and ensure they are up to date.Prepare quarterly compliance statements for passported funds.Stay informed of legal and regulatory updates in foreign jurisdictions.Advise clients on options for offering UCITS and AIFs in various markets, including Europe, Asia Pacific, the Americas, and the Middle East.Handle all aspects of the application process for marketing UCITS and AIFs within EU and non-EU member states.Coordinate with third-party providers and manage ongoing relationships.Prepare and submit registration applications and notifications to relevant regulatory authorities.Key requirements for suitable candidates: Minimum of one year's experience working in Financial Services / Investment ManagementStrong understanding of the funds industry and purpose of funds as a financial vehicle.Be skilled working in teams, taking initiative and being proactive and a strong desire to continuously learn and keep up to date with regulatory changes.Apply for this job[Global Funds Registration Specialist (1-3 years Experience) / #SR19079]
