Position: Global Mobility Specialist The Global Mobility Specialist is part of a team responsible for delivering the CRH Global Mobility plan, helping the business navigate the complexity of the movement of our people, including long-term and short-term assignments, commuter assignments, and frequent business travelers. The role holder reports directly to the Global Mobility Manager and is based in our Dublin office.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Delivery of day-to-day operations of CRH's Mobility program, including support for queries from candidates and stakeholders.Support global business leadership with Mobility-related advice, including transfer/relocation costs, tax, and immigration guidance.Assist the Global Mobility Manager in preparing compensation summaries and liaise with the business/assignees on finalizing compensation packages.Ensure compliance from an individual tax, immigration, and corporate risk perspective for CRH's mobile population.Identify and drive initiatives to improve program efficiency and enhance the assignee experience.Contribute materials and communication to promote awareness and understanding of global mobility at CRH.Ensure governance and adherence to company global mobility policies.Support the annual and mid-year assignee salary review process, including preparing communications regarding updated compensation statements.Ensure the payroll process for assignees runs smoothly.Maintain relationships with global mobility third-party vendors, manage contracts, and ensure performance expectations are met.Key Characteristics and Competencies: Process improvement oriented.Able to build trust and rapport to develop productive relationships.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).Strong mathematical and analytical skills.Organized and methodical – delivery driven.Fast and agile to deal with ambiguity and changing priorities.Handles confidential and sensitive information with discretion.Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/Business/Legal/Finance.3-5 years of overall Mobility/Tax experience.Previous experience in a multinational environment in a Global Mobility function beneficial.Deep understanding of global mobility compliance focused on global tax, social security, immigration, mobility compensation, and risk management.Experience with external vendors and managing service delivery beneficial.What CRH Offers You: A culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotion.Highly competitive salary package.Comprehensive secondary benefits.Significant contribution to your pension plan.Health and wellness programs, including an on-site gym and fitness classes.Excellent opportunities to develop and progress with a global organization.Connect your future to CRH At CRH, we believe our differences contribute to a healthy, productive, and enjoyable workspace.
