In this role you will:Execute global, high-quality, accurate, and efficient People & Culture services in compliance with policies and procedures and within defined service level agreementsDevelops and manages operational initiatives with measurable outcomesSimplify, standardize, optimize and scale processes in close partnership with Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Business & People Partners, IT, and HR TechnologyEstablish credibility, forging strong partnerships to drive organizational changeEnsure effective communication of critical program and operational issues among all stakeholdersDrive efficiencies and continuous improvements in service delivery for a cross-functional People & Culture (P&C) team using interaction and feedbackMonitors and reviews procedures, guidelines, and documentation in line with current legislation and best practiceEnsure knowledge base readiness and maintenance to enhance employee and manager self-service Manage and develop a group of regional leads based in AMR, EMEA & APJ and drive team performance with clear objectives & performance expectations aligned with organizational strategy and goals, ensuring progress is celebratedParticipate in ad hoc projects, user testing, and data validation for system enhancementsKey Qualifications:For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:A passion for delivering exceptional employee experiences in a global environmentStrong understanding of P&C policies, procedures, and best practicesDemonstrated creativity, flexibility, tenacity and innate curiosityCritical thinking and problem solving skillsAbility to handle and make decisions about sensitive matters with integrity and utmost confidentialityProven track record of driving efficiencies and continuous improvements in P&C processesTakes initiativeExcellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience)5+ years of experience in HR leadership and team managementAcross Logitech we empower collaboration and foster play.
