Global Professional Consultants | Construction Project Manager - Senior

An international construction and project management consultancy, who provide a full range of quantity surveying and project management and due diligence are seeking to recruit a Senior level Project Manager.
They will work within a collaborative team environment on a range of residential, commercial, retail, educational, leisure, data centres, healthcare, and student accommodation projects nationally and internationally.
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing medium and large-scale projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
They will hold a degree level qualification in Project Management, Construction Management or similar and have at least 5 years industry experience, preferably within a consultancy or developer environment.
Some of the responsibilities include: - Lead and manage complex projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives - Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation - Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met - Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies - Report writing for senior management and other stakeholders - Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices - Mentor and support junior project managers Experience required: Degree level qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering or Quantity Surveying with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects.
5 years+ industry experience preferably within a consultancy or developer environment Previous project management experience gained delivering retail, residential, commercial, educational, data centres or healthcare projects Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite Strong report writing skills with a precise eye for detail Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication Ambitious and committed to deliver an excellent standard of work to all clients Must hold eligibility to work in Ireland Excellent Salary & Benefits on offer: €65k-€80k based on experience Annual bonus, Pension, Professional membership fees, Life Assurance, Healthcare cover, Gym membership, CPD and many more.
