A well-established mid-sized main contractor is seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to join their team in Waterford.
This is an excellent opportunity to oversee the final stages of commercial and residential construction projects, ensuring high-quality finishes and adherence to project timelines.
Supervise the final stages of construction works, ensuring the completion of high-quality finishes.
Manage and coordinate trades on site to ensure that work is completed to a high standard and within the allocated time frame.
Ensure all work is compliant with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe work environment.
Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to resolve any site issues.
Monitor and report on progress, quality control, and safety on-site.
Ensure that all materials and resources are available for the completion of works.
Oversee the snagging and de-snagging processes, ensuring all issues are resolved promptly.
Ensure all finishing works are completed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget.
Requirements: 3+ years of experience as a Finishing Foreman with a main contractor.
Proven experience in managing the finishing phase of construction projects.
Strong knowledge of finishes, quality standards, and health and safety regulations.
Salary & Benefits: €55,000 - €65,000, based on experience.
