One of Irelands standout civil engineering contractors is seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their team for a project in North Dublin.

Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
Monitor project costs, track expenditure, and support the management of project finances.
Assist with procurement, subcontractor management, and contract administration.
Provide support in managing variations and ensuring compliance with contracts.
Liaise with clients, site teams, and subcontractors to resolve issues and maintain project progress.
Requirements: A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related field.
Some experience in a quantity surveying role (internships or relevant experience will be considered).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
