Senior Estimator Senior Estimatorrequired for a Tier 1 Main Building Contractor to work in Cork City on a variety of Commercial, Residential, Pharma and Industrial Projects.
Duties: Estimator will ne to be able to analyse and evaluate tender documentation, encompassing drawings and specifications.
Develop presentations for internal tender reviews.
Estimator will be required to participate in site visits to assess new projects during the bidding process.
Employ estimating software to generate pricing packages for consultants, subcontractors, and materials.
Requirements: 3rd level degree in Construction, Quantity Surveying, or Engineering required.
3+ Years of experience as an estimator for a main building contractor.
Or 5+ Years experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to move into Estimating.
