A leading civil engineering contractor is currently seeking a Site Agent for an exciting opportunity based in Maynooth, Kildare.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations on civil engineering sites, ensuring smooth execution of projects Manage and supervise site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers Monitor site progress and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and other project teams to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations Provide technical guidance and support to the site team Maintain detailed site records and reports Key Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent experience) Proven experience in managing civil engineering projects or large-scale site operations Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities In-depth knowledge of construction methods and safety regulations Full clean driving license Benefits: Competitive salary range of €75,000 - €85,000 per annum Excellent career progression opportunities with a focus on personal development Company vehicle and fuel card Pension contribution Long-term, stable work with a respected contractor This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to further their career with a leading contractor in Maynooth, Kildare.
