Site Manager - Fitout A Site Manager is needed for an established Fitout Company to oversee large commercial projects in Dublin City Centre.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing multiple Fitout projects.
Role: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and building regulations throughout the project.
Oversee construction activities to align with the program schedule, budget, and project specifications.
Promote efficient collaboration by organizing Site Meetings with the Design Team and subcontractors.
Monitor and guide site staff and subcontractors to uphold high construction quality standards.
Coordinate the flow of information among the Construction Team, subcontractors, and site personnel, ensuring it is accurate and timely.
Requirements: Trade background or Degree qualified.
Fit-out experience in Ireland or the UK.
