My client, a Tier 1 Main Contractor, in Dublin, is seeking an experienced and talented Site Manager to join a high-performing project team.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee site operations on high-profile projects with blue-chip clients in a stimulating environment.
Responsibilities: Ensure client expectations are met by delivering a quality product while fostering professional and amicable relations with design teams and client representatives.
Maintain the highest standards in health & safety, quality, and client service, ensuring contracts are completed safely, on time, within budget, and snag-free.
Report progress accurately and in a timely manner to your manager.
Manage and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring their work is completed to the required standard with minimal rework.
Plan, coordinate, and execute works to deliver the project as per contract documents.
Maintain excellent working relationships with the construction management team, subcontractors, and supply chain.
Resource and schedule work in line with the project construction program.
Work closely with the project QS to advise on any upcoming issues.
Requirements: Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of the construction industry and project execution.
Computer literate and familiar with MS Office, project scheduling software (e.g., MS Project).
Experience with Common Data Environments (CDEs) such as Procore is desirable.
Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
Keen eye for finishes with a proven track record of delivering projects on time.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Self-starter with good judgment when working under pressure.
Effective manager with the ability to motivate and drive the workforce.
Commercially conscious individual with market and competitor awareness.
