YOUR ROLE Support development of new processes in collaboration with Technology development, Network of experts and Process engineering teams across all regions Steer process engineering activities with regional process engineering teams and Global Investment Management Develop best implemented standard for transferable and effective productivity improvements Participate and drive technology decisions within major investments to support local team in scoping size, type and automation within technology Work with regions/plant teams to consolidate learning on technology and communicate to network Support the introduction of new products pertaining to new/improved processes Manage Network of Experts for required technologies Setup a strategic technology roadmap to bring the technology and production network to the next level YOUR SKILLS Engineering degree or equivalent scientific qualification (Masters degree advantageous) 10+ years of relevant work experience and process engineering expertise for the respective technology Strong collaboration & teamwork capability, cross-functional management experience and entrepreneurial thinking Proven project management, communication and presentation skills Excellent interpersonal and intercultural skills Fluent English Skills Availability to travel globally by ca.
20% This role can be based in our headquarters in Dusseldorf, Dublin, Amsterdam or another global Henkel location.
