Key responsibilities for this role include: Collaborate with other functions and leaders to define, prioritize, monitor, and deliver projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.Plan project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.Document the project charter, project plan, tracking, and reporting template.Oversee the development of the project and ensure that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards.Lead key projects in case of supply chain flow change management as part of network optimization initiatives and divestiture programs.Work with leaders across various departments to help streamline our projects to ensure we reach our goals and keep projects on track for timely completion.Analyze financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.Define new and improve existing project management policies and processes.Evaluate projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budget, and meeting deadlines.Partner with leadership to align best practices and processes across the organization, supporting a culture of continuous learning.Develop and refine project management training content and roll out training to end users as part of knowledge sharing.The minimum qualifications for this role are: Proven work experience as a Project Manager in Supply Chain or similar role.A bachelor's degree in business, administration, or a related field & relevant certifications for Project Management.5+ years' experience within a supply chain environment.Previous experience in a leadership role would be advantageous.Strong leadership skills and proven experience dealing with and managing key stakeholders.Proven ability to drive & deliver projects to completion on time and within budget.Excellent communication skills in verbal, written & presentation.High proficiency within MS Office suites and experience using project management tools.Strong attention to detail & excellent organizational and technical skills with the ability to excel in a fast-paced dynamic environment.At Viatris, we offer competitive salaries, benefits, and an inclusive environment where you can use your experiences, perspectives, and skills to help make an impact on the lives of others.
