Our client, a leading national gaming and fundraising organisation are engaging in a largescale project to overhaul their brand in the local market. We are delighted to partner with them in recruiting for 3 roles – which will be offered on an 18-month contract basis initially. Ideally to start September 2024. Joining a marketing team of 10, reporting to the CMO, these roles will be based from a Dublin 1 office location, hybrid working applies 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. Go-To-Market Manager Are you a strategic marketing leader with a passion for driving sales growth? Our client is seeking a dynamic Go-To-Market Manager to lead the development and execution of our product launch strategies. This role is pivotal in ensuring our products achieve maximum market impact. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new product launches. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution. Optimise marketing campaigns across all channels to maximize ROI. Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights. Manage and develop the retail marketing strategy. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines. Ideal Candidate: Proven track record in go-to-market strategy and execution. Strong understanding of the retail landscape and consumer behaviour. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience in the FMCG, retail, or advertising industry.
