Position Summary: The Golf Operations Administrator will provide support to the winder Golf Operations Team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, organising associated club competitions and matches.
The role will work closley with the Club's Reservations Department to support the pre-arrival stage for all golf bookings including:

Communicating regularly and maintaining relationships with Tour Operators, and ensuring booking details and requests are recorded and managed efficiently and effectively. Dealing with incoming telephone calls, email queriesand liaising as appropriate with team colleagues to ensure all queries are dealt with efficiently. Ensuring accuracy of data input and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and systems to ensure the smooth running and efficiency of the golf operations department Perform any other duties as and when necessary or directed by the clubs management. Being outgoing, with a passion for customer service, and the ability to manage your time effectively to ensure that all aspects of the role are fulfilled are important skillsets needed for this role.
So too is a keen interest in golf, great communication skills, proficiency in computer software applications and a desire to work in a team environment.

Prerequisites: Must have a good knowledge of the game of golf, including the Rule of Golf.

Be competent in the use of IT, including word and excel

Experience: Previous experience in similar role in a Golf Club or hospitality environment desirable but not essential
