Goods Inwards - Maintenance Operative

We would like to invite applications for Goods Inwards/Maintenance Operative to join the Kinnegad Plaza team.
Main Purpose of the Job: Checking goods inwards, maintaining stock rotation, ensuring cleanliness of area, working with staff and management across all brands. In addition, management of the back area of the plaza to include waste disposal and Health & Safety requirements are essential.
Main Duties: To check and record goods inwards as per purchasing requirements and according to goods receiving procedure.To keep back stores area secure by controlling the movement of suppliers in goods receiving area.To maintain stock room as per food safety regulations, and in an orderly fashion.To submit all invoice/delivery documentation to the office on a daily basis.To ensure stocktaking procedures are adhered to on a weekly basis.To ensure hygiene and cleaning standards are kept to the highest standards (QSC audits).To ensure correct stock rotation at all times.To ensure all company rules, policies, and procedures are adhered to.To ensure that all seasonal stock is being used within a certain time.To ensure all transactions with customers and suppliers are dealt with in a professional manner.To ensure the lines of communication are kept open at all times.To ensure waste disposal procedures are adhered to at all times.To ensure correct supply of cleaning stock to all the departments of the plaza.To be familiar with all Health & Safety Regulations pertaining to your department and to report any breaches to store management.To follow company security procedures and report any breaches to management.To actively live the brand values and engage others to do the same.To carry out any other duties as directed by management from time to time.The Ideal Person: The successful candidate for this position must be enthusiastic, hard working, and willing to learn new skills in a fast-changing environment. Candidates should have the ability to work both alone and as part of a team. Flexibility in terms of working hours and weekends is required.
