Brilliant opportunity for a Company Secretary to join an award winning, Top 20 firm in their Cork office.
You will be working with a diverse range of clients across multiple industries, gaining a deep understanding of their operations.

Your Responsibilities: Coordinate, schedule, attend, and record minutes for board meetings.
Manage a diverse client portfolio, handling general legal, company secretarial compliance, and administrative duties.
Assist with onboarding new clients and managing KYC procedures.
Handle company incorporations, corporate restructuring, voluntary strike-offs, liquidations, and restorations.
Prepare and file required notifications.
Ensure invoices are issued promptly and in accordance with client service agreements.
Conduct legal and non-legal research for clients and other team members.
Contribute to business development by attending events and preparing articles and newsletters.
Train and supervise junior staff while sharing knowledge and expertise within the team.
What we are looking for: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong organisational, time management, and communication skills.
