**Public Sector Role** I am currently recruiting for a Grade III Clerical Officer in Castlebar, This role starts immediately and will be a month to month contract.
Monday to Friday 9-5 Administration General office duties to include typing of memos, letters Ensure that archives and records are accurate and readily available.
Plan, organise and prioritise tasks assigned.
Ensure deadlines are met and that work levels are maintained.
Communicate / liaise effectively with all relevant departments.
Maintain confidentiality of data at all times.
Customer Service Promote and maintain a customer focused environment Ensure that service users are treated with dignity and respect Act on feedback from service users / customers and report same to Line Manager Requirements: Strong Office 365 skills Excellent attention to details.
Previous relevant experience in a similar role.
