Job Title: Temporary Grade III Clerical Officer Location: Kilkenny Full time- 35 hours a week Immediate start Pay scale- €16.05- €25.43 (depending on previous relevant public sector experience) Temporary- Month to month contract Job Description: We are seeking a temporary Grade III Clerical Officer to join our team in Kilkenny.
The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support, ensuring efficient and effective office operations.
Key responsibilities include: - General office duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry - Managing correspondence via email and postal mail - Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations - Maintaining accurate records and databases - Handling inquiries from the public and internal staff - Scheduling appointments and meetings - Supporting senior staff with additional administrative tasks as needed Skills Required: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Excellent organizational and time management abilities - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Prior clerical or administrative experience preferred Skills: Grade III Clerical
