Job Title:Temporary Grade III Clerical Officer
Location:Letterkenny, Co. Donegal
Job Type:Temporary - 3 month initial contract
Payrate:€16.32 - €25.71 per hour depending on previous public sector experience
Key Responsibilities:Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopyingHandle correspondence, both incoming and outgoingMaintain and update records and databases accuratelyAnswer and direct phone calls, and respond to email inquiriesAssist in the preparation of reports and presentationsProvide administrative support to various departments as neededCovering reception areaSkills Required:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Strong organizational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesAttention to detail and accuracy in all tasksAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExperience with office equipment such as printers and scannersBasic understanding of data protection and confidentiality principlesQualifications:Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred; Leaving Certificate or equivalent
