Job Title: Temporary Grade III Clerical Officer
Location: Limerick City
Pay scale: €16.05- €25.43 depending on previous relevant public sector experience
Temporary 4 month initial contract

Job Description:

We are seeking a temporary Grade III Clerical Officer in Limerick City. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring smooth office operations. Key duties include:
Managing and organizing office files and documentsHandling correspondence, emails, and phone callsAssisting in data entry and maintaining accurate recordsSupporting the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentsScheduling appointments and coordinating meetingsProviding general office support and assisting team members as neededSkills and Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Excellent organizational and time management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAttention to detail and accuracy in workAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPrevious clerical or administrative experience is preferredPrevious admin or clerical experience is essential for this role, as well as good IT skills.
