Location: Cluain Mhuire Services Initial Base: Newtownpark Avenue, Blackrock, Co. Dublin Cluain Mhuire is a national center of innovation in public mental health service provision delivering a community based adult mental health service for the South East Coast of Co. Dublin to a catchment area of some 182,000 people approximately. In addition to general adult mental health services, Cluain Mhuire provides early intervention in psychosis, ADHD, gender and general hospital mental health services.
  Grade IV Administration Officer based at reception Permanent, Full Time (35hrs) Saint John of God Community Services, Community Mental Health Services Cluain Mhuire Service are now inviting applications for the post of Grade IV Receptionist.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, flexible, innovative and committed to providing a quality service that responds to the needs and priorities of our service users.  Role Summary The Receptionist's duties and responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering phones, maintaining calendars for appointments/ room bookings, sort and distribution of mail, ordering stationery.
Minimum Requirements Strong literacy, numeracy and IT skills Excellent time keeping ability and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Switchboard experience advantageous Organised, resourceful, proficient in time management Ability to multitask under pressure Previous experience working within a hospital/ Mental Health setting advantageous Minimum 3yrs experience in a similar role Remuneration Salary Grade 0558 Grade IV (Clerical) on the Consolidated HSE Pay Scale €33,422 - € 5 2,253 per annum pro rata Initial location The initial location of this role is Cluain Mhuire, Blackrock, Co Dublin .
However, you may be required, from time to time, to work at SJOG CS's other places of business or/and the premises of such associated s companies or organisations as SJOG CS may require.
You will be given as much notice of any such change of place of work as is reasonably practicable.
