Grade IV Clerical Officer required to work in Limerick. Working in a team environment, you will be responsible for some of the following duties:
Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesEfficiently and effectively deliver full administrative day-to-day support to the relevant line manager.Support the development of business processes and procedures to manage the data reporting environment.Collection, collation, analysis, and presentation of metrics regarding available Data and Compliance Reports.Schedule, attend meetings, record action items, and follow up on action items across Functions and owners.Assess the effectiveness of Helpdesk Responses and coordinate feedback.Support the planning and delivery of the annual Data Protection Awareness week and other training initiatives.Support the relevant line manager in the development and maintenance of processes and procedures for the relevant Unit.Support the development and maintenance of a fully coordinated knowledge bank aligned with the Helpdesk and Privacy Network programme regarding subject matter expertise FAQs.Use appropriate technology to ensure work is completed to a high standard and maintain skill levels in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.Skills / Experience:1-2 years of administration skills; experience working in an office environment is essential.Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel) is required.Minute-taking experience is a significant advantage.Fluency in English is essential, along with the right to work in Ireland.Excellent attention to detail.The Offer:This job is being offered on a 9-month contract; the salary is €33,700 with 28 days of annual leave.
This role will be a 5-day on-site position in Limerick.
Candidates without the relevant visa/work permit to live and work in Ireland will not be considered.
