Graduate Architect/ Architectural Technologist - Residential Projects

Job DescriptionOur Client is a small practice that specialises in the design and development of residential projects.
You will be responsible for delivering detailed design packages & ensuring the delivery of the design brief using your technical building expertise.
You will report directly to the senior architects & ensure deadlines are met and details are produced accurately & efficiently.
Draw and detail in both AutoCAD and Revit Requirements Relevant architectural qualifications Excellent computer literacy and experience in BIM authoring software (Autodesk Revit) Training can be provided Strong detail design and technical knowledge Excellent presentation & communication skills Great interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Package Salary negotiable depending on the level of experience Competitive salary packages Flexible & friendly work environment Opportunity to grow within dynamic passionate team
