Graduate Architect - Residential Projects - CorkOffice/Project Location: CorkEmployment Type:PermanentWork Location: Office Based / HybridPay: €30k - €35k per hourExperience: 1+ yearsVisa: EU passport or Stamp 4 visa requiredOur client is an architectural design practice based in CorkThey are looking for an Architect / Architectural Technologist to join their teamProducing detailed drawings for building regulations applications and tender packages.Negotiating with contractors and other professionals.Attending meetings with clients, contractors and other specialists;Coordinating the work of contractors.Requirements3+ years experience working in an architectural firmIrish / UK experience is idealGood understanding of Current Building Regulations and Government Framework projectsSound communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.The ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.Excellent IT skills; including Microsoft Office, and AutoCAD, Revit and preferrably BIMAbility to work within financial budgets.Good eye for detail and design.Ability to problem-solve, but also raise critical issues in a timely manner.PackageSalary €30k - €50k negotiable for the right candidateExcellent company benefits.
