Calling all newly qualified graduate Architect Technologists/Engineers My client is currently recruiting for a graduate to work onsite in their office based five minutes from Limerick City. If you are fresh out of college and have a willingness to learn, this could be a great opportunity for you!
The role:Huge focus on residential work with an emphasis on new build housing and extensions.Responsible for preparing planning applications for projects.Ensure prompt response and resolution of all queries received from senior management.Other ad hoc advising and reporting requirements that may arise.Requirements:Proficient in AutocadSkilled at using SketchUpAdvantageous to be able to use RevitMust have own transportation with the ability to travel to the office dailySalary for the role is between 25-30k but this can be negotiated depending on experience.
