Role Title: Graduate Engineer - Barclay Chemicals Role Reports to: Lead Engineer COMPANY INFORMATION Barclay   Chemicals is a family-owned, Irish company that has been dedicated to the supply of crop protection products for over 30 years.

  We are currently looking to recruit a graduate engineer to join our engineering team at our manufacturing facility in Mulhuddart, Dublin 15.
The successful candidate will work closely with the engineering team, gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  RESPONSIBILITIES   The main responsibilities of the role are: Assist the engineering team in the review and compiling of an in depth asset equipment list and the development of an asset based PPM system Undertake asset tagging of all serviceable / maintainable equipment and identify regulatory, statutory and compliance equipment and machinery lists.
Conduct P&ID reviews and updates, CAD experience would be of benefit.
Work with the engineering team to create and modify engineering designs and drawings.
Collaborate with production & maintenance teams to identify and compile asset based work instructions and SOP,s for various manufacturing and maintenance task and equipment.
Assist with ensuring that all engineering activities are in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Work on projects as assigned by Lead engineer Own and operate the spare parts list and carryout regular stock requirements for maintenance and manufacturing needs.
Conduct and record machine and equipment inspections and audits.
Assist with EHS requirements relating to site safety requirements Other tasks as assigned by Engineering Lead ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & CRITERIA Essential Qualifications: Degree in Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
  Essential Criteria:         Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and analytically.
        Good understanding of engineering principles and their application in a maintenance & manufacturing environment         Good verbal and written English with an understanding of share point, word, Excel etc.
        Excellent Communication skills         Good time management and strong on attention to detail         Ability to work under supervision or own initiative
