As a Graduate Facade Engineer at Arup, you will: Work within the façade team to develop façade solutions that align with the Architects aesthetic requirements and the Design teams performance requirements (with respect to the following performance criteria: u-value, solar overheating, acoustic, structural movements, fire performance, etc).Carry out engineering design / calculation and documentation of façade system design.Coordinate with internal and external parties on all façade related issues.Research and input into the following aspects of façade systems: performance, material, quality, maintenance, progress and cost.Develop digital tools to enhance quality and efficiency of façade design.Review technical submittals for adherence to project specific contract requirements.Does this role inspire you? We're looking for graduates who are currently pursuing a degree in Architectural studies (Architecture or Architectural technologist), Structural, or Mechanical Engineering.
