Your mission Working with the site construction leadership team and as part of the wider BAM Site Team you will embrace all aspects of Occupational health and safety. Our graduate opportunities offer valuable hands-on experience complimenting your educational knowledge to ensure you are truly prepared for an exciting career in the construction industry. You will be guided through your Graduate Programme by your manager and colleagues who will endeavour to ensure you have a positive experience, a structured learning framework and mentoring opportunities. You will also gain further support from our various HR departments. We are seeking students who are studying a relevant degree qualification in Occupational health and safety at an Irish 3rd level institute/university and who have graduated in 2023 and also those who will graduate in Summer 2024. Graduate opportunities are mainly site-based and as a result graduates must be flexible with location; however, we will endeavour to offer our roles to the student's preferred location if appropriate.
