Project Planning & Coordination:
You will be liaising with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.Be at the forefront of projects, assisting in planning, scheduling, and making real-time decisions that drive progress. You will ensure that teams, materials, and timelines are all aligned to deliver successful outcomes.Site Management:
Take responsibility for certain projects or parts of projects, under the guidance of your mentor.Support daily activities while coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other team members to keep the project on track. Your leadership will directly impact the smooth and efficient delivery of construction phases.Health & Safety Compliance:
Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Quality Assurance:
Work alongside senior managers to maintain top-tier quality on-site, ensuring all work meets our high standards. You will have the chance to implement the latest tools and technologies that keep quality at the forefront of our builds.Monitor and maintain quality standards across all phases of the project.Data managementProblem-Solving:
Anticipate, identify, and tackle on-site challenges as they arise. Whether it's adjusting plans to overcome unforeseen hurdles or finding innovative solutions to meet project goals, you will be central to keeping the project on course.Documentation:
Assist with keeping accurate records of all project-related documents, including progress reports, budgets, and health and safety audits.Reporting on progress and costLearning Outcomes:
