  Winthrop specialises in providing turnkey data centre solutions, providing services from design, through to construction across the full range of civil, structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical services as well as commissioning.

We are currently constructing multiple turnkey data centre projects in 7 different European countries , equating to over 430MW of IT load in flight .
  Winthrop Graduate Programme Building on the success of our comprehensive Graduate Programme introduced in 2022, we offer an opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects across Ireland and Europe.
This enables graduates to gain valuable technical experience during a crucial stage in their careers.
Our programme is uniquely designed to develop skilled professionals with a deep understanding of all phases of large-scale construction projects, providing graduates with exposure to the complete construction process.
  Graduate positions are available in the following areas: BIM Engineers (Head office based role in Dublin) Civils, Structural and Architectural Engineering Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering Health and Safety Quantity Surveyors Construction Management Finance (Head office based role in Dublin)   Start date: 09 June 2025 or 08 September 2025.
  Your learning journey will span the entire lifecycle of a data centre project, from initial design and building shell construction through to internal fit-out, commissioning, and final handover.
You will gain hands-on experience in both Construction and Project Management activities, covering the Civil, Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical aspects of the build.
Additionally, you will learn about the key roles played by teams across Commercial, Construction Management, Engineering, BIM, Quality, and Health & Safety disciplines.
Requirements Minimum Level 8 degree in a relevant discipline is required Good communication skills  Strong interpersonal and organisational skills Work effectively cross-functionally with different teams Ability to work collaboratively to bring together ideas, information, use cases, and industry analyses to understand and enhance best practices A hands-on approach to ownership and successful delivery of any tasks undertaken Winthrop Technologies is an equal opportunities employer
