About Your New Job
As a Graduate Quality Controller, your responsibilities will include:
Implementing and maintaining Food Safety HACCP plans to ensure compliance with hygiene and quality standards.Conducting quality checks on products, processes, packaging, labels, and metal detection systems.Identifying, managing, and reporting non-conformances to maintain product excellence.Completing and reviewing quality documentation and production check sheets while ensuring proper documentation control.Supporting customer and regulatory visits, internal and external audits, and maintaining industry standards.Collaborating with the Quality Manager to sustain site hygiene and quality systems.What Skills You Need
To excel in the Quality Controller role, you should have:
A diploma or degree in a related discipline.Knowledge of HACCP principles and food safety regulations.Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel being essential.Why Join Us?
