Job Title: Graduate Planner or Planner or Senior Planner Location: Dublin The Company: Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a respected planning and development consultancy with over 21 years in practice with offices in Dublin.

There are several opportunities to join the town planning team from Graduate through to Senior Planner.

My client work across a wide range of projects types for both private and public clients, including the following; urban regeneration, schools, residential, retail, nursing homes, offices, mixed use, hospitals, hotels and provide advice and guidance to clients across a range of other areas of the planning system. The planning team get experience across the entire breadth of projects.

Requirements: A degree in Town Planning, Urban Planning, or a related field. Strong understanding of UK planning laws, regulations, and procedures. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
