Responsibilities for this Retail Grocery Assistant Store Manager Job: Leading and motivating your teams under you, to deliver on store and department objectivities Controlling rosters, planning and organizing your schedules to meet customer demands and maintaining the standards in your department and in the shop Shop Minding up to twice a week, occasionally running the Sunday shift as the main manager in charge.
