Good organizational skills Be able to work within a team and on your own initiative Whilst our client offers a flexible and fair rota for all managers, they do require flexibility to work mornings and evenings, weekends Responsibilities for this Grocery Trainee Manager J ob: Shop minding, ensuring the store runs smoothly, and maintaining the standards whilst managing the store on your own in the morning or closing shifts Driving sales, controlling the stock level, managing promotional change over, and ensuring the profit margins are at the agreed target People management, developing and coaching teams, learning more about performance management, like conflict resolution and motivating colleagues, rota planning , etc.
