In this job as a Grocery Trainee Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop and refine your retail skills through on-the-job training, mentorship, and hands-on experience with an experienced supermarket team.

Our client will offer a salary from €30,000 up to €35,000 DOE plus benefits.

Responsibilities for this Grocery Trainee Manager Job: Shop minding, ensuring the store runs smoothly, and maintaining the standards whilst managing the store on your own in the morning or closing shifts.
Driving sales, controlling the stock level, managing promotional change over, and ensuring the profit margins are at the agreed target.
People management, developing and coaching teams, learning more about performance management, like conflict resolution and motivating colleagues, rota planning, etc.
KPI and target management, you will enhance your commercial acumen of how the shop makes money, controls costs effectively, and drives productivity.
Customer service, enhancing customer experience through your training, resolving complaints, and training teams under you to obtain further knowledge in the industry.
