The Ideal Candidate: Exhibits a strong interest in drone delivery and the drive to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Demonstrates impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to strictly adhere to procedures and guidelines outlined in our Operations Manual. A skilled barista to craft high-quality coffees, delivered by drones to our valued local customers.
Possesses a keen sense of vigilance, always on the lookout for potential safety risks or unusual occurrences. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for handling all coffee orders, working with operations on production timings to ensure the coffees go out in the drone in peak condition.
Product Suitability: Ensure that products are appropriately packaged and within the required volume specifications for safe drone delivery. Payload Preparation: Pack the payload into cassettes that integrate with our aircraft. Drone Loading: Responsible for loading the drone and confirming that the take-off area is free from obstructions and people. Cartridge Management: Oversee the loading and quality checking of all drop cartridges used during the delivery phase. Battery Management: Maintain a constant supply of charged cassettes, vital for uninterrupted flight operations. Availability: Morning shifts from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm are desirable, though we are flexible for the right candidate.
