Role Information: Experience within a similar role ideally in a commercial and customer-facing environment. Able to demonstrate sound maintenance and electrical knowledge. Demonstrate leadership skills and able to motivate staff. Health and safety and risk assessment experience. Excellent interpersonal skills. Experience of dealing with people at all levels. Sound knowledge of financial controls and budgeting.
