We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Group HR Director to lead and shape the Human Resources strategy across our hotel group.
This individual will oversee HR functions across multiple properties, driving our talent strategy and creating a positive work environment.
The Group HR Director will report directly to the CEO and work closely with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities: 1.
Recruitment: Develop and implement a talent acquisition strategy to attract candidates across all levels of the organization.
Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring an efficient and candidate-friendly process.
Build a strong employer brand that resonates within the hospitality industry.
Leverage digital platforms, recruitment agencies, and in-house programs to maintain a robust talent pipeline.

Retention: Design and execute retention strategies that reduce employee turnover and enhance long-term employee satisfaction.
Monitor and address trends in employee attrition through innovative retention programs.
Implement feedback mechanisms (e.g., exit interviews, employee surveys) to identify areas for improvement in employee retention.
Overlapping with the Engagement Strategy, define channels of communication to enhance the employee experience to improve retention.

Development: Create and oversee comprehensive employee development programs, including leadership training, mentorship, and career progression opportunities.
Partner with department heads to identify high-potential employees and develop personalized growth plans.
Establish a continuous learning culture through e-learning platforms, workshops, and external training opportunities.

Engagement: Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive company culture.
Manage and enhance internal communication strategies to ensure alignment between employees and company objectives.
Organize regular engagement activities, including recognition programs, team-building events, and employee satisfaction surveys.

Health & Wellness: Oversee the implementation and tracking of a health and wellness programs that promote work-life balance, utilising the Hodson Bauy Group pillars of Health and Wellness.
Introduce proactive wellness initiatives, such as workshops, guest speakers, training modules, fitness programs, and access to healthcare resources.
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards across all hotel properties.

Diversity & Inclusion: Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, promoting a diverse workforce that reflects our global customer base.
Develop policies and practices that eliminate bias in recruitment, promotion, and all other areas of HR management.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
10+ years of HR leadership experience.
Proven experience in leading HR teams across multiple locations or business units.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and organizational development principles.
Demonstrated success in implementing HR strategies that drive business results.
