About the roleKey Responsibilites Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth.
Work with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
Campaign Management: Plan and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
Oversee the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, emails, social media posts, and advertisements.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
Brand Management: Ensure consistency of the brand's messaging, tone, and design across all marketing channels.
Manage the development and implementation of brand guidelines.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that all marketing activities are cost-effective.
Track and report on spending, ensuring campaigns stay within budget.
Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
Foster a collaborative and creative working environment.
Partnerships and Collaborations: Establish and maintain relationships with key partners, including media outlets, agencies, and vendors.
Negotiate contracts and manage external vendors to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
Monitor website analytics and optimize online presence to drive traffic and conversions.
Reporting and Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
Use data-driven insights to improve future marketing efforts and report results to senior management.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Experience in a leadership role managing a marketing team.
