Working with key stakeholders across LiDon we are seeking an energetic Sales & Marketing professional to work closely with Group & Site managers to drive growth across the group.
Leading the marketing team, this hub role will deliver a balance of leading, doing, and influencing, in close partnership with Site Managers, Department Managers & Group Operations and Lidon Group Directors.
The base location for this position is Monasterevin, Co. Kildare, however the role involves extensive travel across the group to develop and maintain strong F2F relationships with the sites as well as with our brand partners.

-Strong commercial acumen with a track record for new business development and growth -Strong Team and workstack management experience -Experience in building and delivering strategic and tactical plans.
