Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.5 years of experience in a mobile, apps and digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.2 years of experience in the app marketing industry.Preferred qualifications:Experience in the gaming, mobile apps, or digital industry, with a strong understanding of the app developer ecosystem.Experience managing digital marketing, advertising campaigns, with building relationships with customers or agencies in the apps market and ecosystem.Experience in solution-promoting skills.Understanding the clients goals, identifying opportunities, and providing customized solutions to drive client success.Understanding of the app marketing and ecosystem.Ability to communicate in French, Italian and English fluently to support client relationships in the region.About the jobConsulting with a wide variety of existing advertising companies of all sizes, you are committed to finding the optimal advertising solution for each client. Your interest in sales and the digital economy and your entrepreneurial drive enables brands to expand their businesses with Google's latest advertising products and solutions. Your understanding of online media combined with your commercial know-how shape how new and existing businesses grow. Using your effective communication skills, you are the face of Google to a portfolio of clients whose needs you listen to, and help define the strategy for how their products and services can reach thousands or millions of users.
As an AppDev Growth Manager, you will engage with mobile-first businesses, exceed growth goals, and drive change to accelerate Google's position in the fast-growing and strategic business of app install.
In this role, you will be part of a team dedicated to helping mobile application developers grow businesses using Google products and services. You will take ownership of the App install business in the assigned market from setting strategy and driving execution to reach the market growth goals. You will work with new and existing customers to help grow their business by providing solutions and insights to drive app discovery and engagement.
ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage relationships with clients and develop an understanding of their business test, marketing objectives, and success metrics.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that workflows and projects are completed on time.Plan and achieve business growth targets by presenting Google advertising products/solutions that align with clients marketing objectives.Gain in-depth knowledge of Google Advertising products and how they can be utilized to meet various marketing objectives.Provide exceptional service to clients and design app marketing solutions for clients to drive long-term success.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
