The Role of Staffing Specialist involves engaging with GPs in both Ireland and Abroad and guiding them through the recruitment process through to placement and beyond.
Staffing Specialists will work within regional teams, alongside Team Leads and General Manager to ensure long lasting relationships and retention of excellent talent among candidates and customers.
The successful candidates will be responsible for, but not limited to the following: Customer Journey & Experience To support GPs to source and place locum and contract work within Ireland, whether it is for short, medium or long term.
To work alongside clients (internal and external) to find suitable qualified GPs to fit the tailored requirements of the practice on long- and short-term placements.
Provide Long and Short-term placements to ensure to the best of our ability that the requirement of clinics is met.
Manage the smooth engagement journey of newly recruited doctors both into the business and the country.
Manage the retention of Quality GPs within the business.
Our People - Leadership and Development of the Team Identify, Engage, Recruit, Place and Retain Quality GPs.
Communicate clearly both verbally and in written correspondence.
Comfortable working remotely and using the telephone, as well as emerging online tools, to engage with GP's and customers.
Ensure compliance to proper conditions of employment, to include current employment legislation and recognised good practice.
Coordinate available GPs with suitable long- and short-term placements.
Communicate effectively across all support services to induct new GP's, and GP locums into respective company processes.
Manage locum roster, to ensure adequate cover and monitor / adjust in line with seasonal requirements.
Support our Clinical Leads in efficient processing of potential candidates.
Business & Operational Functions Ensure compliance with all statutory and legal regulations. Utilise IT systems to support fast effective account management.
Be able to translate data into actionable insights.
Work consistently, and at pace, whilst maintaining the necessary attention to detail.
Be responsive to doctor and customer needs, understanding the need for urgency in the healthcare sector.
Financial: Providing ad hoc reports or practice information to team leader when required.
Position Requirements: Previous admin experience in primary care is desirable but not essential.
Previous experience of recruitment /sales/customer service is an advantage.
Previous experience working as part of a team.
