Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are currently recruiting for the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist on behalf of a Global Engineering organisation.
Location: On site role - Dublin South - Car needed, free parking offered.

Responsibilities: Advertise job openings on careers pages, job boards, and social networks.Screen CVs and applications.Manage the interview process with stakeholders.Lead and manage meetings with hiring managers to provide updates.Develop a pipeline of candidates.Report and present to hiring managers on the status of open/filled positions.Evaluate candidates based on their interview performance.Manage the day-to-day operations of the recruitment process while developing a strategic focus to assess future requirements.Requirements: 3+ years experience in a similar position, preferably with exposure to the in-house Tech, Construction, and Engineering space.Qualification in HR, Business, or similar.Strong stakeholder management and proven ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment role.Keen communication and organisational skills.Robert Walters Operations Limited is an employment business and employment agency and welcomes applications from all candidates.
