As a Growth Manager, you will engage with mobile-first businesses, exceed growth goals, and drive change to accelerate Google's position in the fast-growing and strategic business of app install. In this role, you will be part of a team dedicated to helping mobile application developers grow their business using Google products and services. You will take ownership of the App install business in the assigned market from setting strategy and driving execution to reach the market growth goals. You will work with both new and existing customers to help grow their business by providing solutions and insights to drive app discovery and engagement.

ResponsibilitiesManage relationships with existing clients and develop an understanding of their business objectives, goals, and challenges.Identify and pursue opportunities, prioritize accounts, manage objections, and evaluate campaign effectiveness.Consult with clients to achieve national and international marketing goals, utilize Google's marketing solutions suite and app advertising.Provide service to clients and design app marketing solutions for clients to drive long-term success.Contribute to the development of Google's comprehensive suite of app install advertisement products, work and collaborate with a diverse set of mobile-focused cross-functional teams, as well as with cross-functional teams (e.g., GTM, OPG, Play, and gTech).Google is proud to be an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
