Your new company Hays are representing a SaaS company to recruit a Growth Marketing Manager (remote).
Your new role As Growth Marketing Manager you will be responsible for planning, executing and measuring marketing campaigns to drive traffic to the website which results in qualified leads and closed / won sales.
Your responsibilities will include: Setting channel strategy and planning campaigns and budgets to meet demand generation and revenue goals.
Take ownership and execute campaigns for multiple channels, including Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, ABM, SEM, CRM Marketing, Ops and Analytics.
Act as the key liaison between sales and marketing to collaborate on growth strategy and partner with other teams for growth and upselling opportunities.
Take part in performance enablement through learning and development and achievement of performance goals.
Outline KPIs and create full-funnel dashboards to help measure, optimise, and scale marketing efforts and report on performance.
Work closely with sales to drive qualified leads that convert to opportunities.
Create an ABM strategy in partnership with the marketing team to create campaigns to reach our client's core audiences.
Manage and develop SDRs and their workloads with an understanding of automation and nurturing to know what's required to turn demand into quality leads.
Extend the paid strategy and deliver SEM and social ads in conjunction with freelancers.
Optimise and maintain the website and develop content in partnership with the Content Marketing Manager Enhance the marketing tech stack, add systems and make improvements as needed.
What you'll need to succeed 3+ years of growth marketing experience in a B2B tech company focusing on demand generation and lifecycle marketing.
Expertise in all areas of growth marketing including paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, website management & conversion rate optimisation, marketing ops and analytics.
Adept in managing multiple priorities and projects.
Expert at executing and analysing campaigns across multiple channels.
Proficient in full suite of marketing tools including CMS and CRM Systems.
Experience in attribution modelling and lead scoring and ability to report on this with optimisations.. Demonstrable experience working in a remote-working environment with a distributed team.Desirable: Degree in a related discipline A professional qualification(s) from recognised bodies (like CIM, IDM, DMA etc) Experience within technology, SaaS or software development industry Adept using Asana, Hubspot, Slack, and/or Google Workspace.
Experienced using WordPress CMS.
Experienced using LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, Meta Business Suite and StackAdapt.
