Highschool education or relevant experience in a security operations centre environment 2.
Proficient in using office software, with good document writing skills 3.
Strong logical thinking ability, good verbal & written communication skills; have a customer focussed mindset 4.
Able to remain calm and professional under pressure 5.
Ability to work 24/7 schedule 6.
Experience in CCTV and alarm monitoring/response, including officer dispatching 7.
Experience using mass communication tools 8.
Familiarity with incident/emergency response protocols, including event reporting/logging & case management 10.
Ideal candidate will also have familiarity with proprietary and/or open-source intelligence risk event monitoring tools and techniques intelligence monitoring platforms and software.
