Hours: 39 per weekContract: Until end of June 25 with potential to extend to 18 monthsOur client, a Big 5 Tech giant are looking for a GTM Marketing Manager that will build and drive business strategy to increase demand generation of products and solutions!Responsibilities You will be a primary product spokesperson and product evangelist for the business as a whole for the SMB Market and leverage product, industry, market and competitive knowledge as well as technical expertise to develop localized competitive strategy, position the value proposition and tailor messaging to both internal (eg, sales and marketing readiness) and external audiences (eg, press, analysts, partners, user community, customers).
You will build and drive business strategy and track the efficacy of plans to drive sustainable growth within and beyond the boundaries of the fiscal year.
You will create and orchestrate strategic go-to-market (GTM) plans for products across sales, marketing, consulting, customer success and partner functions, cross-functional execution as appropriate and you will collaborate with our partner team to guide and support the execution of programs to recruit and enable partners to achieve target capacity and quality.
You will partner with sales to land field enablement accountability and serve as an orchestrator between the business and the countries to develop and land sales programs along with partnering with Finance and Sales Excellence teams to ensure team is aligned with business results.
You will support the creation and pursuit of white-space growth opportunities across products/services and leverage knowledge of revenue, share targets and the area/subsidiary's capabilities in order to develop strategies that maximize performance across products/services.
You will drive GTM strategy and land growth plans (eg, revenue, usage, customer health).
Develops competitive strategies to drive target market share gains and actively manage relevant stakeholders to drive the local product marketing growth strategy.
Qualifications 2+ years marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, or related work experience AND Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field equivalent experience 3+ years' experience managing and expanding a product/solution portfolio and driving demand generation and pipeline acceleration within a complex (eg, multinational or matrixed) organization Job Title: GTM Marketing Manager Location: Dublin, Ireland Rate/Salary: 35.00 - 40.00 EUR Hourly Job Type: Contract Trading as Aston Carter.
