Guest Relations/Concierge- The Hardiman The hotel guest relations porter position plays a vital role in the daily customer service operations of our hotel.
The right candidate is the first point of contact for hotel guests, and is the person who provides information or assistance to guests during their stay.
The suitable candidate will have excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
This role involves parking cars, ensuring meeting rooms and ballroom are set up according to function sheets, carrying bags to/from guest room/car and keeping the Front of House area clean & tidy at all times.  There is a also the requirement to valet park guests cars.
You will at all times provide our guests with a professional and helpful service.
You must have a natural ability to communicate to different types of people and the passion to ensure that all of our guests enjoy their stay and have an amazing experience.

Requirements A full driving license is required for this position To have excellent knowledge of the local area.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Ideally at least 1 years experience in a similar role.
Computer literate.
Experience with Opera desirable but not essential.
