Gym Instructor Ocean Fitness Centre at 4* Salthill Hotel in Galway is looking to recruit an exceptional Gym Instructor who is passionate about health and fitness and able to inspire our members to achieve and support their goals.

Your Responsibilities Support the development and delivery of fitness programs Responsible for group classes Assist members in reaching individual goals Assist in maintaining and improving the goals of the organization Ensure the safety of clients during training sessions Monitor Hygiene Standards and Cleaning Lists Ensure maintenance issues are reported and actioned Monitor Plant Room operations and Water Quality Procedures Submit monthly water samples for analysis Gym Floor Supervision Creating Fitness assessments and Programs Your Profile Fully Qualified Gym Instructor, Class Instructor and Personal Trainer Experience with group classes Previous work experience as a Gym Instructor or similar role Knowledge of diverse exercises and how to adjust plans according to each client's needs Ability to instruct and motivate people Excellent communication skills Teamwork Available to work on early or late shifts and on weekends What we offer Byrne Hotel Group really focuses on its employees and offers great opportunities to progress your career.
