Qualifications; NCEF or equivalent Nationally recognized Lifeguard qualification to date Swim Teachers qualification (advantage not essential) The Role, Responsibilities and Duties include; Ensuring Health & Safety guidelines are followed at all times Delivery of fitness classes Lifeguarding Fitness & Personal training, programme development and delivery Maintaining high levels of care, guest interaction and ensuring that an excellent standard of service is provided to users of the Leisure Centre Working as part of a team to create a positive environment.
